Dawn Y. Brock

Dawn has served as an Income Tax Specialist since attending Jacksonville State University where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance while graduating with highest honors in 1986. After graduation, Dawn worked as an associate income tax specialist with a CPA firm in Lafayette, Georgia. In 1989, Dawn seized the opportunity to start her own accounting and tax services firm in Calhoun, Georgia working with corporations, individuals and non-profit charity clients across the eastern part of the United States.

Dawn serves in an “unofficial” capacity to Duvan when he needs to consult an accountant on tax matters for his clients. Since Dawn manages her own tax and accounting firm, she shares many of the same clients with her husband, Duvan. Over the years Dawn has realized one of her greatest joys remains in helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Dawn and Duvan were married in 1987.  Together they have two children – Alexandria and Dillon – and three grandchildren - Raelyn, Brock, and Walker. Dawn spends most of her time when she's away from the office with her children, grandchildren, and husband. Additionally, Dawn also stays involved in several community service organizations where she serves as tax and accounting advisor. Dawn serves as a Bible School teacher at Calhoun Church of Christ where she and her family worship. Along with her volunteer work in the community, Dawn’s hobbies include quilting, travel and reading.
